The fourth Tara is known as Tsugtor Namgyalma in Tibetan, or sometimes Tsugtor Nampar Gyalma. In Sanskrit she is famous as Ushnishtavijaya. The term tsugtor in Tibetan or ushnishta in Sanskrit indicates the topknot upon the crown chakra of a buddha, which is one of the thirty-two major marks of a fully enlightened being. Namgyal or vijaya means "victorious one." Roughly translated, her names mean "victorious one of the top knot." The verse says:
